Marlon Pasion, Level 1 BMW Certified Technician
Marlon's love of automotive began, as most men's do, when he was young helping his dad work on the Corvette in the garage and going on long drives. He purchased an RX-7 when he was 16, much to his mother's horror, he took special care of this vehicle and performed all the maintenance a rotary engine requires!
Upon completion of high school, he went to Bates Technical College and graduated with his Auto Mechanics Certification in 2005. He was hired by Nissan as a technician and quickly achieved ASE Master Certification in 2009. His attention to detail and hard work earned him spots in specialization training for GT-R and electric vehicles.
When the Nissan dealership was bought out by a new owner he made the move to BMW. He excelled and was trained by BMW achieving the status of Level 1 technician (yes, level 1 is the highest level). Working as a team lead has prepared him to lead his own shop and ensure all work being done is of the highest quality that his careful eye has been trained to look for.

Great service. Had my 2010 1 series towed to shop and with diagnostics, oil change, new belts and brake job, i was very please with price and how fast it was done. Very professional and gives his honest opinion (hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days). With the price of BMW service, NW autoworks is the place to go. I will be going there as long as i have a bmw.

NW Autowork is the best BMW indy shop in the area and far better than the dealership. I’ve taken my 2011 328i here multiple times because the price is very reasonable and I’ve always received the best customer service. Marlon is extremely knowledgeable (BMW trained Certified Technician) and overall a genuine mechanic who goes the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied with the work. Never tries to sell you on repairs that don’t need to be done and completes the work quickly. I highly recommend NW Autowork and I intend to always bring my BMW here for repairs.

Marlon at NW Autowork is one of the most knowledgable, experienced, and trustworthy mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! He knows more about BMW's than anyone I have met and he does an outstanding job in his work. One thing that really sets him apart, besides his fantastic pricing and quality of work, is that he goes above and beyond the task at hand to ensure your vehicle is in proper running condition. I just had a large service done on my n54 335i BMW including resealing my OFHG and walnut blasting the intake valves. I was thrilled with the results and my car now runs great.
